Federation of Holistic Therapists Association

The Federation of Holistic Therapists is offering students the unique opportunity to discover the rudiments of traditional Borneo massage, the product of generations of experience yet largely unknown outside of Borneo.

After attending an intensive course in the UK and meeting the stringent requirements of the Federation of Holistic Therapist Association (FHT), Jennifer Chan Lee (MFHT, UK) is now a full member of this important professional organization.

Jari Jari Spa has been awarded a Certificate of Accreditation for its Ethnic Borneo Massage 10-hours Training Course, and Ethnic Borneo Massage 22-hours Training Course). Jari Jari is the first spa in Malaysia to receive accreditation from FHT (Federation of Holistic Therapists – the leading and largest professional association for complementary, beauty and sports therapists in the UK and Ireland.

Jennifer Chan Lee

is Jari Jari’s in-house spa trainer and consultant (CIBTAC Diploma). She is a qualified International Trainer with FHT Accreditation of the Federation Holistic Therapists Association, (The UK and Ireland’s largest professional association). Internationally, she has given training to twenty one (21) students from Sweden; one (1) from Japan and the recent five (5) from UK.

Students taking the College’s Health and Tourism Course Study spa entrepreneurship, massage techniques, gym and yoga instruction. As part of their course, selected students attend a training sessions of five and nine weeks at Jari Jari Spa, where they are trained in Ethnic Borneo Massage techniques by Jennifer Chan Lee.
