Do I have to disrobe entirely for treatment? Will I be covered?
Our Therapists are trained to drape towels discreetly over your body during the treatment. However, if you feel more comfortable, your undergarments can be worn during treatment.
What about my valuables?
Please leave your valuables in the safe in your hotel room, as we do not assume any liability for personal items.
How can I purchase gift certificate?

Can the Spa accommodate group bookings?
Yes, (Max. 20 persons per session). Please notify our Spa Manager in advance so we may accommodate your group bookings to avoid any disappoinment.
What is Dusun Lotud Inan Body Massage?
This deep tissue massage uses techniques passed down from generation to generation among the Lotud Dusun, a group from the Tuaran District, just north of Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. Their distinctive massage technique involves applying pressure with the thumbs to the various pressure points in the body, magically unlocking the flow of energy, releasing tension and relaxing the muscles.
What is a Body Treatment?
Body Treatment is essentially a facial for your whole body. It is just as important to cleanse, exfoliate and hydrate the skin on your body as it is the skin of your face.
What is Body Wrap and Masque?
Body Wrap is not a massage, although you can combine it with a massage or any of our signature treatments. The body wrap usually ends with what is called a body cocoon or body masque. Recommended the Bandukan Cinnamon Body Detox or Moccoca Borneo Body Wrap and Masque.
What if i am pregnant?
Please notify our Guest Relation Manager for advice on treatments that are safe to enjoy during pregnancy.
Is there anything I should avoid prior to a spa treatment?
The consumption of alcohol and heavy meal before treatment is not recommended.
Are there any health conditions that IÂ need to disclose prior to my appointment?
Yes, please notify our Spa Manager before booking your treatments particularly if you have high blood pressure, sunburn, allergies, other physical ailments or disabilities, or are pregnant. If you have other concerns, do let us know in order for us to recommend you the best treatment.
What other Precautions?
Massage is not recommended for certain people:

Infectious skin disease, rash or open wounds
Immediately after surgery
Immediately after chemotherapy or radiation, unless recommended by your doctor. People with osteoporosis should consult their doctor before getting a massage
Prone to blood clots. There is risk of blood clots being dislodged. If you have heart disease, check with your doctor before having a massage.
Massage should not be done directly over bruises, inflamed skin, unhealed wounds, tumors, abdominal hernia, or areas of recent fractures.
